Paid software products sold by UNPROTON Labs include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product does not meet your needs, email support@unproton.com within 30 days of purchase and request a refund.
What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to paid UNPROTON Labs software products, including paid licenses, paid upgrades, and paid product access for Explainly, InvoiceKit, PDFStamper, and future paid products sold by UNPROTON Labs.
Free products, free trials, promotional access, and third-party products are not eligible for a cash refund unless a payment was actually made to UNPROTON Labs or its authorized payment processor.
How to Request a Refund
Send your request to support@unproton.com. Include the email address used for purchase, product name, license key if available, transaction ID or Paddle receipt if available, and a short description of the issue.
We may ask for additional information to verify the transaction, prevent fraud, or troubleshoot the product before completing the refund.
Refund Processing
Paddle may process refunds for purchases handled through Paddle. Approved refunds are usually submitted promptly, but final timing can depend on the payment method, bank, card network, and payment processor rules.
When a refund is approved, related licenses, activations, or paid entitlements may be cancelled or disabled.
Fraud and Abuse
Fraudulent, abusive, repeated, chargeback-driven, or bad-faith refund requests may be denied, including requests connected to shared license keys, unauthorized transfers, or repeated purchase-and-refund patterns. UNPROTON Labs may also deny refund requests where the request falls outside the 30-day period or where applicable law permits refusal.
Refund decisions remain at company discretion where legally permitted.
